Egg and Paper

This is the same image, I don't know which picture I like better, The first seems too brown and you don't really see the color as well. The second gets too washed out, but you can see what color it actually is. I suggest just looking at the two and figuring out what the actual color is.
This was an assignment in my aqua media class.
